Making Reservations for Tea, Call (727) 203-3504

Reservations Required for Full Tea Service

Reservations are required a minimum of 72 hours in advance of your desired teatime.  During certain times of year, you may need to call several weeks in advance, as our area experiences an influx of visitors who wish to have tea.  Once you have decided on a date for your tea, we encourage you to call to secure your reservation.

Information for Your Reservation

When you call to make your reservation, please have the following information ready for our reservationist.

  • Date and time of your preferred tea time.
  • How many guests (total, including you) will be at your tea.
  • Which menu option will you be enjoying (Afternoon Tea, or Teahouse Salad).  Please visit our Tea Room Menu before calling.
  • Is anyone in the party a vegetarian?
  • Any dietary restrictions or allergies we should be aware of before your visit.

Your Tea Time

Your seating begins at your schedule time, regardless of late arrivals, and lasts one hour and thirty minutes. Our 12 pm seating lasts until 1:30 pm, our 2 pm seating lasts until 3:30 pm.

PLEASE NOTE: All guests must be present for your party to be seated. We do not seat partial parties.

It is important that you and your guests arrive on time to be able to fully enjoy every moment of your tea.

Large Party Reservations - Effective June 1, 2026

Enjoying teatime with friends is a wonderful experience.

Due to the nature of our tearoom, our size, and time allotment for each seating, the following apply to large groups (excluding showers / see our Shower page for details).

Groups up to 15: guests able to pick their own pots of tea.

Groups over 15: hostess or coordinator will pick two teas for guests to enjoy, and teas will be available upon arrival.

Please note: Hostess / Coordinator of party will be responsible to cover any guests who do not come, after the final count has been given 24 hours prior to reservation.

Parties are only seated once the entire group has arrived.  We do not seat partial parties in the tearoom (excluding showers).

Reservation Changes

Any changes to your reservation must be made at least 24 hours before your reservation time. If you have no shows in your party at the last minute, we will include the cost of the no shows in your bill. You have the option of having these extras served during your visit for your party to enjoy or we packed to-go.

Children in the Tearoom

Our tearoom was designed with an adult audience in mind.  While we welcome well-behaved children, ages 5 and up, to attend tea time with an adult, they must remain seated at their table and must not cause distractions to other guests.

We do not allow infants, strollers, or children under the age of 5 in the tearoom.

Children who are up and moving around, banging on china, or causing other distractions, will result in their entire party will be asked to leave the tearoom.
