Reservations are required a minimum of 72 hours in advance of your desired teatime. During certain times of year, you may need to call several weeks in advance, as our area experiences an influx of visitors who wish to have tea. Once you have decided on a date for your tea, we encourage you to call to secure your reservation.
When you call to make your reservation, please have the following information ready for our reservationist.
Your seating begins at your schedule time, regardless of late arrivals, and lasts one hour and thirty minutes. Our 12 pm seating lasts until 1:30 pm, our 2 pm seating lasts until 3:30 pm.
PLEASE NOTE: All guests must be present for your party to be seated. We do not seat partial parties.
It is important that you and your guests arrive on time to be able to fully enjoy every moment of your tea.
Any changes to your reservation must be made at least 24 hours before your reservation time. If you have no shows in your party at the last minute, we will include the cost of the no shows in your bill. You have the option of having these extras served during your visit for your party to enjoy or we packed to-go.
Our tearoom was designed with an adult audience in mind. While we welcome well-behaved children, ages 5 and up, to attend tea time with an adult, they must remain seated at their table and must not cause distractions to other guests.
We do not allow infants, strollers, or children under the age of 5 in the tearoom.
Children who are up and moving around, banging on china, or causing other distractions, will result in their entire party will be asked to leave the tearoom.
The White Heron will be closed Wednesday, October 9th - Friday, October 11th due to impacts from Hurricane Milton.
We will update you as to our reopening plans once we can assess any damage.
Please stay safe during this storm.
